A blood stem cell, or bone marrow, transplant can replace a damaged immune system in a person with blood
cancer – but only if the donor’s cell type matches.
Currently, Anthony Nolan can only find a matching donor for half the people who go to them in desperate need
of a life-saving transplant. Anthony Nolan wants to be able to provide a life-saving transplant to every person
with blood cancer who needs their help.
